MY STAINED GLASS

NO MORE HATE!

Hello, this is my stained glass page. A little about my stained glass. I inherited this art from my daddy. :) Just before he passed away he gave me all his stained glass tools, etc. :) I am so proud to carry this on. I can actually say I am a professional stained glass artist. I have sold some of my projects, commissioned some and to those I love I have given some. :)

As to the piece above that I had a story to add. :) I was looking for a project to start one day.....I found the pattern to this that my dad had made. I finished the whole project, but I was searching for the perfect frame to finish it. I looked for days for the "right" color of glass. As I was searching through the glass that my dad had given me, I found this beige colored glass. I "felt" it was just the color and style for my project. As I began looking at it, I discovered numbers on it. To my amazement, my dad had already cut the whole frame out for my project!!!!!!!!!!! This had a special meaning to me because my dad had died several months before and he designed the project before he died and I just took the pattern and decided to finish his pattern.....make a stained glass window hanger. When I discovered the frame glass all cut and ready for me to finish, I sat on the floor and cried like a baby. I felt as though my dad and I did this together..after he had died. :) I miss you , daddy. Thanks for making me who I am and giving me the gift of making stained glass. :)

This page is dedicated to my dad.
